Fourmage® is so new it hasn’t yet been exposed in the media. After much experimenting to perfect this cheese, it is now ready for you to taste. It is made up of four different types of milk!. We combined sheep’s milk, goat’s milk, cow’s milk and buffalo milk. Each milk provides its own distinguished flavors creating a creamy and flavorful cheese. Made in Holland on a co-opertive farm, this cheese is hormone free and from animals that are pasture grazing and grass fed. Get your tastebuds prepared, they are in for a meltdown.
New Seaweed Gooda® is a simple creation using the goodness of traditional Gouda with the addition of naturally salty and healthy seaweed. A salty, nutty, creamy sensation. Like nothing you have tasted before.
Also on display will be our new Dutch Girl Aged Goat cheese. If you haven’t tried this cheese yet, you are in for a real treat. It is made with the same recipe as our ever popular Ewephoria® cheese but with Goat Milk instead of Sheep’s milk. It’s flavorful, yet still mild for a goat milk cheese, creamy and nutty.
We will have our Award Winner Kokos Coconut cheese, along with the small snack packs for your tasting and viewing pleasure.
