BALRINA® - PERUVIAN SCALLOPS
1. Wash the Scallops - keep them in their shell
2. Place a tiny chunk of butter on top of each scallop
3. Sprinkle shredded Balarina® on top (cover the scallop to the edge of the shell).
4. Place in the hot oven until the cheese melts and is lightly toasted.
5. Serve with a slice of lime.
