Tradition®
This Premier Grand Cru Gouda is of exceptionally high and consistent quality, with buttery aged Gouda flavors of salty caramel and butterscotch. It can be served as an hors d'oeuvre, in meals or as part of a delightful after dinner cheese plate. It paires well with both red and white wine. Aged 4 years.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, cheese cultures, rennet, annatto color.

1. Toast your bagel and top it with your favorite vegatabels and a small handfull of Tradition®
2. Try it melted. Sprinkle the Tradition® on the bagel and toast them together in the oven. When the cheese is lightly melted remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
Appetizer, Main Course or Dessert
This unique cheese is delightful to snack on with crackers or a rustic bread. Serve with Olives and your favorite spread
Beverage match
Serve with a dry Cabernet, or dark Beer.
