Try it in a pita pocket with a few chunks of artichoke hearts, olives and shredded Romaine lettuce.
For quick & easy pizza: choose any ready-made focaccia bread, ad olives, onions and sun dried tomatoes. Top the focaccia with grated cheese, some finely chopped fresh Sweet Basil or spinach and cubed peppers.
